FILM TAX CREDITS ARE ALIVE in PA

In a recent conversation with Philadelphia  filmmaker, Fran McElroy (her film, Making Waves is airing on WHYY on 10/12,) we discussed Film Tax credits and she has completed the paperwork to be eligible to receive $$. Quite an effort but it does produce financial benefits.

The Film Tax credit program survived the recent 2011 budget process in PA and does exist. GPFO has all the information - i.e. eligibility, applications and the Harrisburg Film office info:
